With our website in the middle of changing we were not able to make a journal entry but we are now able to make some entries.

Note that all proceeds from our fundraising events go to helping our families that are referred to us from the social workers from Children's (Minneapolis) and the U of M Amplatz Childrens. Our goal this year was 26 families and we will surpass that number as it is so hard with the economy for all of these families going through these journies.

Blair's Tree of Hope does not have any paid employees everyone that is part of our foundation are volunteers for which we are so thankful for.

Upcoming events:

Hopkins Raspberry Festival Booth July 17, 2010. Our booth will be located between 8th & 9th on Main Street in Hopkins, MN. Items for sale will be our beautiful Hope bracelets with matching earrings that were designed by our very own Deb Lubotina, knitted and crocheted wash clothes - come early as these will go fast, Pillowcases, quilts, floating frames. We also will have pillowcases that are made with this beautiful angel material that we are looking for folks to purchase and donate back to us to donate to a child in the hospital. During Blair's journey she would not even use the pillowcases at the hospital as they are made of very thin material and not soft at all. If you purchase one of the pillowcases you can fill out a donation form so we can make sure that the recipient knows who donated the pillowcase to them. So Help us to Help Other People Everyday.
