6th Annual Kickball Tournament 9/28/2013


It is that time of the year to put together your team and sign up for our 6th Annual Kickball Tournament! Family, Friends, Fun, and Affordable! What better way to spend the day then playing a game that can be enjoyed by any age! The first games start at 8am and the last game at 7pm (depending on the number of teams signed up) the more the merrier! Click on the link below for the registration form. What helps our tournament to be a success in addition to the teams and spectators that participate is the sponsors. We will be selling tickets to our raffle starting the week of August 5th and if you are interested in purchasing contact Kim at kanderson000@yahoo.com.  All board members and committee members will be selling the raffle tickets as well as having them for sell at the start of our event!

Blair’s Tree of Hope 2nd Annual 5k Run/Walk


Our 2nd Annual 5k Walk/Run is just around the corner! To register click on the link(register now!).

Event details are as follows:

  • 5k date: Sunday, June 23rd
  • Location: Bunker Hills Regional Park (Andover, MN)
  • Check-in: Begins at 8:00 am
  • Race: Begins at 9:30 am
  • Cost: $25.00 before March 1st
    • $30.00 between March 1st and June 1st
    • $35.00 after June 1st
  • Park vehicle entry fee: $5.00
    • Note: there is a daily vehicle entry fee because this location is a regional park.

Interpretations of Hope Event


Blair’s Tree of Hope Foundation is hosting their first annual Interpretations of Hope event on Saturday May 18, 2013.  The event will be held at the Hilton Minneapolis/St Paul Airport in Bloomington .  Guests in attendance will start their night off with wine tasting from 6:30pm – 7:30pm featuring wine from…..    Following the wine tasting there will be sumptuous hors’ d’oeuvres, live entertainment, rousing games, featured gallery of art pieces, and a silent auction.  Cash bar will be available to guests all evening.  Our sponsor for the Painting for Hope Event,  “Art & Elixir will host 4 mini painting sessions during our fundraiser for an additional $20.  Visit their website at www.artaneelixir.com/art

Try a new wine.  Enjoy a delicious hors’d’oeuvre, bid on amazing silent auction items, dance to music by The Resistors.  This will be an event full of fun and excitement!  What will make the night even better is that all proceeds will be used to help fulfill our mission statement, and our mantra…H elping  O ther  P eople  E veryday” says Blair’s Tree of Hope board member and event coordinator Ken Waldron.  “So many people have worked hard to assure a wonderful evening filled with laughter and fun”.

The Interpretations of Hope event begins at 6:30pm and goes all evening.  All guests must RSVP and purchase a ticket at http://www.blairstreeofhope.org/.  Cost of a ticket is $40 per guest ($41 online) in advance, or $50 per guest at the door. All proceeds from the event benefit Blair’s Tree of Hope.
